Terrible Customer Service and Technical Expertise

Horrible Horrible pathology lab. Unprofessional to a different degree. They’ve been rude, got our personal details all messed up, took less blood for a test and called us back for more. It’s like they’re doing you a favour and it shows in the staff behaviour at the reception. The attendants taking blood are relatively nicer. In spite of all the mess ups they will never care to apologise; worse nothing changes, you’ll see the same problem repeat itself over and over!
