Terrible Attitude

I received note regarding a short paid account some 4 months after the transaction expired. Since then I had moved medical aids and was not in a position to vet the reasoning and requested you guys to provide pertinent info which you would have. After many inquiries nothing was sent to me but I continued to receive your nasty rude sms'. Further still I managed to get my hands on a statement and noticed the shortfall - all of R103.<br> <br> I explained I would settle end of March despite your speed at getting this to me.<br> <br> Alarming that I still receive you SMS' mentioning me to being handed over. For R103!!!!<br> <br> This has not been my first complaint. I will henceforth go out of my way to ensure I never have to use you. Neither will anyone I can persuade to do the same.
