Struggling with Username for App and Website

Good Day, I'm looking for assistance as I'm not finding any on the website. I have registered an account with Lancet on the app and the internet, but I cannot remember the Username. I am able to reset my password without issue, but it doesn't allow you to obtain the username. Now, I cannot access any of my information. Is there someone who will be able to send me my username?
