STRUGGLE TO GET REFUND

I need to get a refund from Lancet for an over payment. they are quickly to send you final demands but now that I need an refund you cannot get through to the refund number-***.When you call the call center they put you through and hold for ever and then eventually put down. Can they please call me that i can have my refund paid back please.
