Still waiting for my refund even after my complaint on the 20th of December 2016!

<p>This is ubelievable!!!! I complaint on Hello Peter on the 20th of December regarding my refund! I then received an email from Boitumelo Ditle stating that my refund will be processed by the 22th of December!!!! And guess what, to no suprise, im still waiting!!!!</p>
