Still waiting for blood test results

<p>I went for a cholesterol blood test in the beginning of September 2016 that Momentum instructed me to do. I am still waiting for Lancet to send the results to Momentum. The first time they sent it to Momentum wealth and not to Momentum health. The second time they apparently sent it to Momentum health, but Momentum didn't receive it and told me to ask Lancet to send it to a different email address. I phoned Lancet AGAIN and asked them to send it to that email which they apparently did, but yet again Momentum still haven't received it. This is causing me to loose out on between R300 - R450 worth of health returns every month just because I haven't gone for this blood test according to Momentum even though I did!!!!!!!!</p>
