Steeling your money

I am truly upset with lancet I have settled my account in the middle of May asked them to stop debit order as they still deducted money from my account I have sent email I have phoned and still they are deducting of my account even when I arranged to be a debit order they still have there lawyers phoning me so I decided to just settle my account. I have sent email I have phoned and they just make promises I have sent and spoken to NTWISISO SHINGWENYANI and she does not come back with feedback I don't know how many times I have to send email or phone to get my money back for may and June they are pathetic
