Stay away from Lancet - Rather use Ampath or anyone else !!! Accounts Mix UP

I have a statement with Doctors and service dates I have not been to for diagnostics that I have not done to the value of R4125 . I called the call center and spoke to two people who said they will escalate and sort the account . I have no email , no follow up via phone nothing from Lancet . I also explained my concern of the doctors that are using my profile to claim for a patient who is not myself and what are they going to do to rectify this . Just answer only can escalate . I would like a manager to get back to me so we can sort this problem out
