Lancet Laboratories has the worst accounts department. They have been claiming thousands of rands from my medical aid for a patient in hospital under the wrong dependant code. I have phoned them twice already to rectify the mistake, and yet they are still continuing to claim under the wrong dependant. As a result of their mistake, I cannot go for blood tests requested by my doctor as our out of hospital benefits are depleted. Very unprofessional staff. I would have given 0 stars if there was as option.
