Spam Lancet Laboratories

Good day,

Please can you help me as since 23 Jan 25, I have been receiving calls from the following numbers demanding payment yet they cannot tell me what the payment is for and why. The name registered changes over and over (see on Truecaller which identifies it as spam). Every time I block the number, they phone from a different number with a different Lancet Laboratories name. I have asked Lancet if this is their numbers but they don’t recognize them. It seems someone inside of Lancet must be giving our personal details to these people as they have our phone number and name yet they can’t tell me what the payments they are demanding are for. Others are also complaining about these people and say that when they answer these people either put the phone down or don’t talk.

Is there a possibility that you can look into this as I get 2 to 3 calls a day and this has been going on since 23 Jan 25. Can the following numbers be disconnected permanently?:-

Please can you see what can be done as this is clearly a violation of the POPI Act.
