SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying since the 1st week of September to get 2 invoices that would be acceptable to my medical aid so that I can submit them for a refund.

I have phoned, I have emailed and I have now just been ignored.

*** was going to HELP ME, he promised. On 23/9/21 and to date, zero - and no response to any further emails.

I want to be able to claim my R1700. In fact, I should never have been made to pay cash, I should have been told that I could use my medical aid.
