SMS Harassment
If you look under the definition of "harassment" you should find the terms Lancet. You can give them details of payments made - they just keep SMS'ing and pestering you relentlessly. Speak to their call centre - they tell you it's sorted. And yet the SMS messages continue.

Another auto responder fob off by a company posing as a "responder" to trick the "we answer all complaints" box. I have spoken to your call centre. I have responded to your SMS messages and I have sent you email. Perhaps a telegram? Messenger with cleft stick? Don't pretend you are even vaguely interested - it's infuriating. Just say "we don't give a toss really" at least it would be honest. Blood tests - more like Blood suckers.
