Slow payment agreement not honoured

You did blood tests. You didn't tell me the fortune it was going to cost. I arranged a slow payment with you and faithfully kept to my side of the agreement. You handed me.over to ITC regardless after the slow payment arrangement was made and being kept. I paid the account off. I still got a letter lying and saying we didn't correspond with you. This is BAD business. I paid you before receiving the letter. I will recommend to doctors and friends not to use the services of lancet. I want an apology for the disgusting way I was treated and a retraction from ITC on behalf of lancet.
