Slow and inefficient to process refunds!

Terribly slow and inefficient when processing refunds but very quick to call and send multiple reminders when they want their money.

Abigail seems to be the only person attending to calls and it takes a week for them to get to the email. Blaming their system for being centralised-all this has nothing to do with me. They gave me an incorrect bill which I settled promptly now I get ridiculous turnaround times when they must process my refund...

This is what happens when a market is monopolised!
