Sick of being bul**** and abused by Lancet

Due to the fact that we never receive post anymore due to our amazing postal services, I never received any accounts from Lancet. This happens often! Lancet does not bother phoning you or emailing you however, they prefer to immediately blacklist you despite having your contact details on file. After receiving an email from a debt collection agency stating that I am now to be blacklisted - something that can affect my livelihood and profession - I immediately contacted the agency and spoke to Gina who assured me that she would put it on file that i was making payment and would contact me if any problems as I was having problems with internet banking and wasnt sure if the payment had reflected.
