Shockingly bad service from Lancet. Again.
Once again Lancet has proven to be shockingly inefficient and just absolutely useless. After doing a recon of our account it shows that they owe us money, yet they keep sending emails saying they're going to hand us over to ITC. No matter how many times I phone or send emails, nothing gets resolved. Basic accounting in their accounts department just doesn't exist, or they are not prepared to pay clients refunds and would rather just keep the money and earn interest?? I've tried to speak to a manager - just as impossible as getting their accounts department to do basic accounting. Do we take this the legal route??

They owe me a refund and yet still refuse to get it right. It's impossible to speak to anyone in a managerial position or who actually knows what they're doing. No one has time to deal with such inefficiency like this. So it looks like we need to go the legal route....
