Shocking Service and Account Issues!!
Shocking service from Lancet. Read mails, but do nothing. Waste your time with accounts to follow up on things just to find out that they are billing customers for infection control which neither patient nor medical aid are responsible for. But then also just hand you over to a 3rd party and disclose your confidential information in the process. Lancet just doesn't care whatsoever!!!!
