SHOCKING SERVICE
Lancet we’re advised on 5 December 2021 that I was not aware that Discovery had settled an amount of R384.30 and I had also paid them on the 4/12/21. I spke to Loretta in the refunds department and promptly sent them proof of double payment as well as my banking details. I am STILL AWAITING MY REFUND!!!
