SHOCKING

Shocking.

The accounts department traet you @#$^&*. We get an sms saying that there is an outstanding account but have never recieved one. Upon calling this morning and asking for an accout was told that it must be paid by tommorw (In a threatening tone) FOR R 253. 20 !!!! They said will now email it to me, I had to call back in the afternoon as I still had not recived the account. Is this the way to treat people? Shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
