Service??? what service as there is no service from them.

I got a call from Lancet requesting to speak to my husband. I wanted to know why, but was repeatedly asked where my husband was , as they wanted to speak to him. I explained that my husband had a stroke 10 years ago and that I have been dealing with accounts etc. I was repeatedly reminded of the popi act - I sent them our ID's and Power of attorney. Up to today I still no account has been received. I just get SMS to say we owe them money. How the hell am I suppose to pay if I am not allowed to see the account and what is was for. Lancet you suck.
