Service NOT rendered

I went to a hospital with an abscess in my mouth, on arrival the hospital took blood and sent it to Lancet without me knowing or agreeing to it. the hospital gave me a quote of R33000 for admittance which I did not have so i settled my bill and left. Now i got a bill from Lancet demanding payment for tests done which i did not receive nor use in gaining my health. to me that means no service rendered to me and I don't see why I should pay. Now they want to email me my results almost a year later so they can confirm that i have received the results and have no reason to refuse to pay. Does that sound right? Plus I don't need those results anymore. They are bullying me now with threats of blacklisting me if I don't pay.
