********S/********** LANCET LABORATORIES - DO NOT USE THEM!!!
A number of months ago I had a blood test done at this excuse for a laboratory in Sunward park, Boksburg. There was an excess of approx R300 for me to pay. First approach I get from them is an sms requesting payment into a bank account. A few weeks later, and on 3 subsequent occasions, I receive a phone call requesting my payment. I ask on all occasions to please send me a statement to email address they have on record. Having confirmed my email address on these telephonic contacts, I still have not received a statement. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND PAYS ANYBODY MAKING AN SMS OR ANY OTHER UNDOCUMENTED REQUEST? Lancet are acting like ********s/tsotsi’s/********** in their actions. This morning I receive another sms from ITCBA who are “assisting” lancet with their collections.
I think it is time to make contact with the Health Professional Council of SA to report this ********** behaviour.

Please advise how I would go about providing you with these details when you have not included contact details, preferring to remain anonymous? This is typical of the level of unprofessionalism and 3rd world mentality at which this Co operates.
