****. PATHETIC SERVICE!!
Pathetic service, Tzaneen branch must just close down!! When you do a Covid test they’ll tell you is a rapid test and will get results in 3hrs knowing EXACTLY that you’ll get results in 2 days.
When you follow up they’ll simply tell you they’ve a backlog, when did they know they have a backlog...probably after taking your money because that’s all they care of!! They don’t care if they inconvenience you and your travelling plans.
Then they’ll tell you results will be send via SMS. Then change and tell you to come get results because policy doesn’t allow them to SMS. What load of **** is that?? I was promised results via SMS not to drive back to get results physically.
