Rudeness to the paternt by man working at Lancent laboratory

I am currently a paternt at unicare hospital at polokwane. There is a gentleman who come to ward that I sleep at from Landcent laboratory. He came at 6am. Opened the curtain very rough, switch on light on my side, harshly woke me up and told me he is here to me blood. I asked him you take me blood for what because I am not aware of such exercises. He answered me very rude to say I don't know thos is between you and your Dr, he is just here to do what the Dr asked. I told him I don't know about blood testing, then he gave a paper with small letters that I couldn't even understand what are they going to do test. He told me must I continue or stop and inform your nurse that you don't want him to take blood from me. He did take blood but he was so arrogant, aggressive and rude. Even if the Dr didn't tell his approach was wrong.
