Rude unprofessional people

my partner were in Wilgers Hospital for heart operation in Oct 2015.
When admitted, it was spcifically specified that ONLY Vermaak en Vernnot must be used for any blood work.

After even indicating this on the admission file, Lancet still went and draw blood AND submitted the accounts to Discovery.

Annami phoned me while the person was still in hospital was argued with me when i told her that Lancet was not supposed to have taken any blood for tests. We had a huge argument.
Annami should not be working with the public at all. She needs to go on training how to work with customers and how to treat customers. I am not impressed. If this was my employee, i will surely discipline her and even fire her.

Lancet is a company i would NEVER use for any blood work as they specifically know that Discovery have a preferred service provided and still sneaked in and did the blood-work without ANY authority.
This is completely unprofessional as they know the rules from the medical aid scheme.

I expect an apology from Annami in writing. I will still log a complaint with Discovery as well to investigate this matter and who is responsible for the mistake and unprofessional service.
