Rude telephone call from Lancet & unprofessional service

I received a call on 22 April from Masego Phutiyagae, and she was extremely rude. She informed me that there is an outstanding balance on my account, and I asked her if she had enquired with the medical aid about this (since they are supposed to pay for this service). She rudely informed me that is not willing to do such follow up and I should chase this myself. What is the use of having people such as Masego employed if they are not willing to carry out their duties? So disappointing from such a big company.
