Rude SMS / No email

Dear Lancet<br> <br> This to inform you that I do not appreciate the tone of your collection SMS, and I suspect that most clients won't.<br> <br> I do understand the need of SMS collection with the state of the post office, I don't understand why you did not email me an invoice.<br> <br> All CAPS in email and SMS communication are one of my pet hates.<br> <br> Please contact me to obtain an email address.
