Rude receptionist

On the 30th June I went for my blood test at the Benoni branch at Glen wood hospital and they told me within 2 days the results will be sent to my Dr, a Month later my Dr has not received the results from them, today I called the laboratory and spoke to a very rude receptionist that was around 16:00pm if I'm not mistaken she told me on her side it shows that the results were sent to my Dr as I was trying to explain to her that she didn't she cuts me off and told me I have no business in making a follow up for myself my Dr should do that I shouldn't be phoning them because they won't give me my results but only to the Dr after I have asked her if they can email them to me since my Dr has not received them and I asked her to confirm the email address and address of my Dr she was very rude and loud saying it's the same as the one my Dr registered in their system and I told he to spell it out for me as I have my Dr business card to check if the details are correct but she refused and only told me the city that the address they have after I was getting annoyed by her attitude and lack of professionalism I told her to stop being rude to me because I am a paying client and if there's anything I don't understand I will call to find out and she should stop being rude and as she was busy talking over me I hang up the call.
