Rude Lancet Employees

I made an appointment for 12h00 on the 23rd September for a ***** analysis.

I called twice to confirm and double check the date and time.

When we arrived 10mins early for the appointment. My husband went in, while I waited in the car.

He came back very upset and angry. The lady that works there was super rude and derogatory towards him.

According to her his appointment was at 11 and he was an hour late. She belittled him and made him very angry.

I would like to know how this woman can call herself a professional. Giving a ***** sample is not fun and now he has to deal with this rude woman?!?!

I went in to see what had happened and there were 4 lancet employees all sitting at the front desk. Not one of them admitted to taking my call or putting down the wrong appointment time.

I feel that something as sensitive as giving a ***** sample, should be handled with respect and discretion. Not with rudeness and a bunch of woman employees sitting around watching my husband being belittled and treated like an idiot.

I didn't get her name, but she knows who she is.

I would like Lancet to possibly give better training to their employees when it comes to things like this!
