Rude behavior because I wanted a statement to settle the account.

Went to Lancet to get statements on my grandfathers acoount. He his currently unable to walk and don't even know when we will walk again. I received a call from lancet on Wednesday saying only a portion of the bill was covered by medical aid. So I went in today Friday the 26th March 2021 , to get the necessary statement to make sure his bills are paid. The man at the front desk(did not get a name nor was he wear a badge told me he will get someone to print it. They came back and said that he can not print as they are busy and the guy again at front desk will print. I then waited for him to finish of with a patient and asked him to print the statement, he then rudely says, the other guys will print it for me even after they came back a said they he will not. He then calls another guy and in front of all the patients in the room, he says he has no time for statements it's not important and patient are more important.

I waited in the queue just like everyone else why is it my query is not important, I have taken time of work to make sure your payments are up to date. How is that not important that you guys get paid. That is not the way to treat previous or current patient. Rude behavior should not be tolerated. I had the decency to come through and make sure what need to be paid is paid. I could easily not worry and at the end Lancet will not be paid.

Treat everyone that walk through your doors with respect. Thank you to the supervisor that actually assisted with printing my statements and advised me on what to do.
