Rude attitude and poor service

1) Don't advertise a 24/7 complaints line if you don't have a 24/7 complaints line. \Collections"is hardly the place I want to get to when I want to complain. (***)<br> 2) The receptionist was rude and despite an open chair in the office she ordered me \""Go wait outside\"". <br> 3) It took the sister +/- 10min to select all the tubes only to find the \""zink\"" tube is not in stock. (I have never seen any person moves as slow as she does.) They had to get it from the lab downstairs. That took another 20 min. The test which was supposed to be done exactly at 8 (per doctor's orders) was only done 8:50"
