Results went to Dr momentum health returns, which doctor is that???

On the 28th of August 2022, my mum went to get blood tests at Lancet Labs in Mulbarton. All was done, however my mum was the first patient on that morning. The receptionist was friendly but she and the person taking the bloods kept talking to each other, the lack of ethics for a patient was already dimmed at that time. Fast forward to today, my mum went to her doctor to get her results and guess what? Lancet didn't send through her results to the doctor. The doctor had to call regarding the results and only 20 minutes later did he get some, but not all of the results. At first the people at lancet couldn't even find the results on the system! If that wasn't disgraceful enough, the "person" that the sent the results to was "Dr Momentum Health Returns ". Now forgive me but I dont think there is a doctor with that name anywhere in the world. The issue now is, the results could've ended up in the wrong hands. What about the POPIA act? Lancet laboratories in Mulbarton, your receptionists or the people responsible for sending the results should really focus more on their work and less on talking to colleagues. This type of service is extremely negligent, not to mention ********* for a health provider. Secondly, we didn't receive any bill , can I take it that we dont owe anything? Please get the ethics back on track. These are people's lives and privacy you are playing with and taking for granted.
