Results not delivered

I went to Lancet in Lister building on the 06th August for my life cover. The level of service has down graded to the worst. The sister in charge shouting at patients, the situation was very unpleasant. I felt very uncomfortable especially during this pandemic. My results are not yet recieved by my broker. I tried serveral times to call Lister but they do not answer the phone. Can someone please get back to me with my results asap
