Re : Poor Administration and non-allocation of funds
I am so infuriated with Lancet. Will you guys stop harrassing me all because of your incompetence and poor administration!!! I was Hospitalized in July and my Medical Aid paid you people and I also paid you people the difference of R163.00 soon after in August and have sent the proof of payment via email more than 5 times and yet you still annoy me with calls and sms'es!!! Please look into this query, update your records and stop hounding me for a measily R163.00
