Questionable service !!!

I went to Lancet to submit samples that were needed for some tests. The following day I was then informed that one of the samples were missing and I had to resubmit. Asked the lab assistant to double check because I had summitted all required samples. Got another call from the lab being informed that the samples were actually there but they could no longer be used as they had been transported incorrectly to the offsite lab. Informed the referring doctor about the situation and he spoke to the lab and they told him they would contact me and organize to have the compromised samples replaced with new ones . I never got a call from the lab only to realize that they have already submitted a claim through to the medical aid. Not only do I not understand what the claim is for as the results are not there on the mobile app but I do not even know what the lab is using to carry out the tests since I was told that the samples could not be used to get accurate results.
