Pushy Callcentre
Just had a really nasty experience with one major pathology laboratory's accounts department. Aggressive, not willing to listen, pushing that all calls are recorded for quality and training purposes, but I had to raise my voice to get her to stop talking and LISTEN to me. I had to have MY SIDE recorded and not just their pushy attitude.
