Profiled and ********** nurses and admin , Medimix

Took my wife to your new facility at Medimix in Alberton, and what disgusting service from staff at your new facility. 1) were largely ignored when we walked into your lab, not even the admin nurse who was literally dragging her feet with no sense of urgency with the clip board to attend to another lady who had come in before us. My wife had to go to the admin desk who also ignored her, then another couple walked into the lab. The clip board nurse attends to them first and then my wife, this let me honestly believe that were profiled, this is disgusting. 2) the second nurse who was taking out bloods for my wife has no manners, did not greet, and hurt wife’s arm during the entire process, had no compassion or even apologised for hurting her while moving the needle, I will never forget her facial expression as she did this, a look of contempt. Not an apology or compassion or empathy whatsoever, even after this my wife thanked her to which she just ignored her, these staff members at your facility do not wear their name badges which leads me to believe that they are deliberately providing selective terrible service in the hope of not being identified and chances 99% of patients don’t complain about bad staff, I am considering going reporting the matter the HPCSA. These staff members should be disciplined, I will provide my medical aid number if Lancet decides to contact me in order trace who your disgusting staff members are, never in the 2 decades have I ever been treated that way by Lancet. DONOT use that facility at Medimix, rather go to the hospital branch where the staff are kind and highly efficient.
