Professionalism Lacking

I found the experience of having an insurance short medical at Lancet very unprofessional. I think that the company needs to have a printed process detailed to their nurses and assistants and they should be trained on filling out the relevant forms. The ladies were pleasant enough but did not exude medical professionalism. The administrative lady seemed competent enough. It’s disappointing seeing our private medical facilities suffering a lack of professional etiquette.
