Poor services from Lancet Laboratories Durban Umhlanga

This is outrageous. We have been tested for the Covid-19 outbreak, which was on Wednesday, 18 March. To date there has been no notification, feedback or results. According to sources- they are back logged with tests etc. However. The timeframe given for results was 2-3 days. Its been 5 days and still no feedback. I do not recommend anyone to utilise their services. Rather go sit in a public medical facility which is free and results will be released at a fast and more efficient rate. Btw this branch was at Lancet Laboratories Durban Umhlanga. Pathetic.
