Poor service from Lancet Laboratories

Lancet used the wrong practice number when submitting claims to the medical aid for my in hospital treatment. The medical aid subsequently rejected the claims. I informed Lancet and they did not fix it, I had to phone and email then numerous times to get it done and they still didn't fix it. While having this trail of phone calls and emails of queries and begging them to fix their mistake so that the medical aid can pay them, they handed me over to their creditors. I had to phone them and keep them on the line to update their own claim and call my medical aid myself to have it processed.

I would not recommend Lancet Laboratories and no matter how sick I am in hospital I will request my doctors to use different pathology services.
