!!!!POOR!!!! SERVICE FROM LANCET

I don't even know where to start with this whole bunch!

I've been struggling from July 2018 to have to accounts merged as one. In October/November 2018 I received what appeared to be a merged account statement.

I've made my payments as I promised I would, but keep receiving threating e-mails and sms's on my and hubby's number. I've called more than 17 times and each time there is a different excuse. Today I've called once again and still my issue remains unsolved.

THEY WANT TO LIST ME ON ITC, EVENTHOUGH I AM PAYING MY ACCOUNT. Is it because there is no one that can actually perform the task of merging the two accounts and do the recon and see that my payments are being made?

What do I do?

I'm REALLY at my wits end!
