Poor service from Lancet

My mother died some time ago and had an outstanding account with lancet which was not covered by medical aid I have no responsibility for my mothers financial affairs but was an alternate contact . Lancet seems to have sent these outstanding accounts to endless collection bureaus . So I have fielded endless calls from different bureaus and sent my mothers death certificate to them. Besides that it’s just all round insensitive and lacking the professionalism that one would expect for al**** medical services
