Poor service at Lancet COVID drive through centre

It’s unfortunate that there isn’t an option for zero star ratings. The drive through testing centre at the Dome on 39 Garth Road is highly disorganized. The few staff that are on hand to do testing are giving preferential treatment to cash customers. More staff are tending to people in the cash queue - people in the medical aid/ card payment queue are treated with no efficiency.

If you have a patient in the car with you that can’t wait for hours on end - I would recommend booking through Dischem to get a test done. I have done this before and they were more efficient. This drive through centre was an utter disappointment - I do not expect unfair treatment amidst a pandemic. Be better Lancet.
