poor service

I have been trying to get assistance from Lancet, however they do not respond to my emails, or social media messages. My mother passed away earlier this year, and my family is having a hard enough time dealing with this, and for the last few weeks my elderly sick father has been receiving messages on his phone from lancet to pay an account for my mother, i have no idea how his contact number is being used as i am responsible for my parents and their bills. I contacted lancet through every communication platform available, asking them to remove his details and deal with me, if there is anything to be paid i will settle it, also i was never informed that anything was owed. I received the standard responses that they would investigate and respond, and nothing was received, i was asked to send my mums death certificate and id which i did 3 weeks ago, but my dad is still receiving the messages daily and i have paid the amount they say was owed. My father is in a fragile state and now these messages are putting him in a worse state and i can't seem to get anyone at lancet to care enough to assist with this. I have paid the outstanding amount, all i want is for the messages to stop being sent to my father and for his number to be removed from their system so he can have some peace, but they do not respond at all. It is pathetic.
