Poor service.

For an entire year after my last tests, I hear absolutely nothing from them and when I enquire about having new tests done, they drag their feet in getting me quotes (Still have heard nothing) and out of the blue I receive an angry call from their collection services demanding I immediately pay them the money I didn't even know I owed. The etiquette was so bad that I was certain that I was dealing with a really bad ***********... Can't believe that this is how a private compony treats its customers. Their only redeeming feature is the quality of their lab work and even then I think other labs could do the same.
