Poor service

I gave birth on the 15 dec 2019.but the baby was admitted to Neo natal icu. Test were taken from day 1.By then the child was not yet registered on 20th dec sent documents to gems . Today I received call from Lancet call centre If my memory serves me well the name of the lady is kgumutso. She was telling about the account that i ma having with them. I told hwr5 that I am aware of the one for nokuthula because funds were exhausted. She told me that the medical aid didn't pay beca6 the child was not registered. I told her that child was registered. I was angry because I was expecting that lancet will submit the claim to gems. Then if gems rejected the claim they were supposed to contact me telling me the reasons why it wasn't paid. I went to lancet office at parkland I got Nicholas Dlamini who printed the statement I requested him to check why the account hospital was not paid. According to the print out the account is still with medical aid they are no indication if it's rejected or approved.

What makes me angry lancet is quick to phone . Child was born on the 15 dec today it's 28 January .but lancet has started to harass me. As they did last time when arrangements was made but I was receiving calls but I was paying. Since that time I stat8 to hate lancet. Now I am in a point whereby I wll refuse service from them.i will tell who ever doc.or hospital why I hate lancet .Their service sucks special head office .they better change the way they render their service to their client. Not happy at all .the account that I am expecting to make arrangements is the laat year one for Nokuthula not hospital account worse my child was registered. Angry one member no ********** 95.
