Poor non service at your depot

Shocking service at your Lancet at Linksfield Hospital. Entered Lancet at around 17:30 to, left at 18:20 without getting my tests done. The Receptionist or whatever you want to call it, looked as if it was her first time seeming a computer. Couldnt spell the most basic of names and had to run back ever two minutes because she had no IDEA what the codes are for the tests she needs to run. I was sent to get my blood work done for underwriting but without looking at my details she just said no, she knows nothing about it and wanted forms from me? when I clearly specified I do not have forms and from my limited understanding (this is not the first time doing such blood work for insurance) she and a gentleman named Collen whom later joined sat staring at the computer infront of then still looking for some tests they could not find for the pregnant couple whom also sat their waiting for their turn... Disappointing. Please employ competent people whom at the very least in computer literate and can spell..
