Poor finance department
There has been an error on my statement since 2020. I have emailed them on numerous occasions to correct this but no response. The latest statement had an amount owing of R144.70. I paid this on 20.9.22 through their website. They are now asking for an additional R180.00. LANCET - CORRECT YOUR ACCOUNTS FIRST
