Poor customer service from Lancet Mall@55
Very poor service from Lancet Mall@55, once i got to the office i realized that i was intruding felt that i as an unwanted visitor yet am a client , was there to confirm payment for my blood test, got there before 5 PM when i was about to pay i realized that i had left my Bank in the car , i asked that i go get the card so that i can make the payment, the lady refused and told me that they are closed yet i was there before PM , she told i must come tomorrow, why do i have to come tomorrow if am there on time i asked she just plainly said because they are closing with an attitude, i will never go there again, my wife was supposed to go there we have now decided we will never go there again.
