Poor communication

Did blood test with them and they did not tell me that medical aid would not pay for all the tests and I would have to pay cash for most of my tests. After receiving my statement...contacted medical aid and was told that lancet has formulary codes off all test that's covered and they were supposed to first consult with me. Spoke to Obre from jhb depo at lancet and he told me they don't check any codes beforehand or consultant with medical aids. They just do test. This shows that lancet does not care if you can afford the test or not. Why don't they tell you before any test that it's not covered and it will be cash.

This is definitely not professional and shows that lancet does not care about customers.
